Q: How do I organise a fire inspection with a tenant?

A: Please write directly to the occupier of the strata unit giving the statutory required notice. (In writing that also includes 7 days notice unless it is an emergency) Please avoid any threatening or illegal type of notices as these only get the strata unit occupiers off side, and will cause you unnecessary delays. All Fusion Realty tenants understand their obligations for strata unit fire inspections and are usually happy to co-operated with the inspectors and repair tradespeople in a civil and polite manner.
