Passing On Of Purchase Offers To The Seller
When acting for a seller all offers of purchase must be made in writing up until exchange of contracts has taken place. Fees For Services From Third Parties

Should other fees or rebates, discounts or commissions become available from third parties in connection with an expenses payable by the client under any agreement we will obtained our clients consent to retain an entitlement to these benefits.
Nature Of Our Real Estate Business
Fusion Realty is a full service real estate agent using the latest technologies to reduce our carbon foot print and to provide the best customer service possible within the limitations of the modern working environment.
- Our office maybe unattended due to the nature of our business we are often out inspecting properties and attending to client appointments. Therefore making an appointment before attending our office is essential.
- Our office and staff may not be available after business hours unless a prior appointment has been made.
- When a tradesperson requires access to a property to conduct repairs. Tenants are responsible for making a time that is both suitable for them and the repair person until repairs are completed.
- Tenants are responsible for meeting utility services for connection, disconnection and meter reading. It is the modern practice of utility companies not to disconnect services. Most simply read the meter prior to a new tenant moving in.
