Vacating Notices

There are normally three options depending on your current circumstances concerning your lease end date.

” Warning ! “ If you break a lease before the end of a fixed term you may be liable to pay a break lease fee!

End of Fixed Term Notice requires a minimum of 14 days notice. 
This notice is given when your fixed term lease is reaching its end date.

A Periodic Agreement Notice requires a minimum of 21 days notice.
21 Days notice is the minimum amount of notice able to be given when your lease has expired.
Give 21 Days Notice >

More than 21 days notice when your lease has expired.
Choose this option if you have a lease agreement has expired and you need longer to vacate.
