Tenant Ledger Explained

A tenant ledger report contains up to seven years of rental payment history.
Date: Date payment was received and receipted by the agent.
Paid: Amount of rent paid at the date in the far left column.
Ref: Receipt numbers of payments made.
Description: Description of payments made. (Rent, Tenant Invoices, Bonds paid to agent etc.)
Rent: Currently weekly rent amount
Amount Due: Amount due at the date of the ledger report
From and To Dates:
The period of time which the last rent payment received by the agent covers.
In Hand: Also known as a credit, is an amount that has been paid but is less than a full weeks rent.
Total Rent: Found at the bottom and the last page of the ledger, it shows total rent paid to agent minus tenant Invoices and bonds.
