Status Report Explained

A tenant status report contains:

Arrears:
Should be zero if not it is the amount of late rent or unpaid rent owed.
Days:
Normally zero however, if there is rent owed this displays the number of days of unpaid rent owed.
Tenancy Description:
The tenancy name.
Total Due:
Amount due at the date of the status report.
Credit:
Is an amount that has been paid but is less than a full weeks rent.
Dates explained
(Important: not all dates will appear on the Status report as it depends on the tenant’s circumstances)
Due to:
The date where your rent should be paid to. (rent should always be paid in advance)
From and To Dates:
The period of time which the last rent payment received by the agent covers.
Last Paid:
Date when the agent received and receipted the last rent from the tenant
Vacating:
If you are leaving the property, the final date that the rent is owed to.
